East Coast MapTerms and Condition Pricing While Robert Elgart Automotive makes every effort to ensure pricing and item accuracy, Vendors may change and/or discontinue items without notice;  therefore, prices and items subject to change without notice. Order will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the date of shipping.  Customers must be current in order to receive shipments. Although not listed as part of your online order confirmation, volume deal pricing, tax, and/or freight may be applied. Freight Freight Prepaid on all orders $600 or more shipped on our trucks within our delivery zones. Orders under $600 may be shipped at the customer’s request via common carrier or UPS.  These orders  will be charged “Freight Collect”. Hazardous items cannot be shipped via UPS. Damaged/Returned Merchandise Claims All claims for damaged merchandise, shortages, merchandise not received, or incorrect counts should be reported to Robert Elgart & Son by telephone within 48 hours of delivery. Robert Elgart Automotive will gladly issue a credit memo after verification of errors on the questioned items. Merchandise, returned through no fault of Robert Elgart Automotive, is subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returned merchandise is to be sent back PrePaid.  No returns will be accepted Freight Collect. ALL returns must be pre-approved by Robert Elgart Automotive and assigned a Return Authorization number.  Robert Elgart Automotive will not be responsible for freight returned without an authorization number.
